As the University’s needs continue to evolve, WVU is reviewing policies and procedures and proposing changes to help use resources efficiently while recognizing and rewarding employee performance.
Your input is crucial. Earlier this year we began seeking feedback through three policy development workshops (involving 200+ employees), five Campus Conversations for the entire WVU community and a comment period for all staff councils in the WVU System.
After considering your suggestions, we developed several new rules, amendments to existing policies and identified policies that can be repealed. Now, we are again asking all employees – as well as the public – for feedback on the proposed changes.
